Mom's White Skirt

On Saturday morning I made a pattern from Mom's existing favorite black skirt, so I can make her one just like it in white. She bought the fabric at Jenny's for $3.00. So, if I mess this up, no big deal right?

This skirt is just a pencil skirt without darts or a zipper, and made out of stretchy knit, with an elastic waistband. Super comfy but still looking somewhat fitted. I rounded out the shape of the hip just a bit.

It's already cut out. I will stitch it up today or tomorrow. It shouldn't take long.
